To provide exposure and skill to participants in relation to rescue at heights with proactive classroom and simulated exercise to enhance knowledge when facing with a situation while operating at higher level conditions

∗ Due to the arduous nature of the practical sessions, participants will be required to have a good level of personal fitness.

∗ Participants should bring with them safety shoes/safety boots for practice.

This training module is aimed to enhance knowledge on rescue at heights.

On completion of the course the participants should be able to:

∗ Identify types of equipment related to high-level rescue

∗ Testing and maintenance of high-level rescue equipment

∗ Methods involved in high-level rescue tasks using rope, sling, and stretcher.

∗ Be familiar with the apparent hazards
